i talk mister wayne few months ago. he not sure when we talk if he want spend money on marketing to show people how much joy in Oakwood Equity Group developments. but he make mind up to invest in showing brookings how very nice all homes he makes are. now mister wayne as smart homes he builds. if he build home in xai pai, i buy for sure. maybe i buy one in brookings anyway cause his homes are smart...like save energy and nicely designed to make feel like real warm friendly home. cozy like for baby.
